Inc. I didn't have the financial resources (retaining a trademark attorney) to oppose the Petition to Cancel and was completely unaware on my rights that registration that is over five years old is not subject to cancellation. I knew at the time that something just wasn't fair about the way the process went. I was not compensated for assigning the registration to Who Dat?,Inc. After reading this article I know that Who Dat, Inc. took full advantage on my trademark law ignorance and lack of funding. Do I have any legal recourse?
