They stole a font that's so unique I've never even seen before aside from these companies. They may as well have gone ahead and adopted the chicken too. As a follow-up you could feature the former Dirt Cheap spokesman Fred, who probably was advised by a competent trademark attorney before opening Fred's Cheapo Depot. Good investigative work.
