He currently serves as the Chair of the BAMSL Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Section, and is the co-author of an article titled “Trademarks for the General Practitioner,” which was published in the Summer 2006 issue of the St. Louis Bar Journal.

Morris has taught a continuing education course on trademark and copyright at a St. Louis area community college, and has spoken many times to adult students participating in an entrepreneurial program organized by the University of Missouri. He also had the honor of presenting a continuing legal education seminar on trademark law to members of the Missouri Bar at its annual Solo and Small Firm Conference.
